We have a range of equipment to assist us in our everyday activities including;

1. Elevated Work Platforms

Our fleet of insulated and electrically checked elevating work platforms (EWP) is specifically created for close approach tree cutting (CATT) around live electrical infrastructure.

Tree maintenance and removal in the metropolitan environment needs operators to constantly work around overhead electrical infrastructure and with our specialised equipment we conduct this work in the best possible way. To further make sure the safe performance of our equipment, electrical testing of all EWP is conducted on a 6 monthly basis. All EWP satisfy the requirements of Australian Basic AS/NZS 1418.10-2004 Cranes, Hoists and Winches Part 10 Elevating Work Platforms.

2. Insulated Devices

All EWP are geared up with insulated electrically checked hydraulic long reach chainsaws and pulling sticks specifically created for close approach tree cutting, (CATT) around live electrical infrastructure.

Ride On Mowers

With our fleet of ride on mowers, our team makes performing your grounds maintenance easy, fast and safe. All our ride on mowers are fitted with ROPS, o% grade capability low emissions and so on

3. Crane Trucks

Crane trucks provide higher efficiency and enhanced safety in eliminating trees.

With their capacity to lift large loads and for that reason minimizing our teams’ exposure to manual handling injuries whilst processing tree waste on the ground. Hills Landscaping has a 6 tonne truck mounted crane with telescopic reach of 15 metres. The crane is installed on a bogie drive truck with a 25m3 tipping body.

4. Tip Trucks

Covered tip trucks are used to tow wood chippers and collect leaf mulch in a safe manner in which reduces any contamination.

All tip trucks have purpose developed canopies created to securely contain Leaf Mulch and Wood Chip whilst allowing airflow and minimizing dust causing air pollution. We have a variety of tip trucks that vary from 7m3 to 25m3 capacity to perform any task big or small.

5. Root Cutter

In a continuously developing city environment root barriers have ended up being an essential method in protecting the consistency of trees and infrastructure.

The Hills Landscaping root cutter is specifically created to cut a narrow trench through earth whilst nicely cutting roots to permit the setup of root barrier.

6. Wood Chippers
